Thompson’s Medical Transport provides non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services for individuals who require assistance traveling to and from medical appointments, treatments, or related services. We are not a substitute for emergency medical care and do not provide emergency response, ambulance services, or urgent medical transport.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency facility immediately.

While we strive to offer reliable and timely service, Thompson’s Medical Transport is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, unforeseen events, or circumstances beyond our control. Passengers are responsible for notifying their healthcare providers of any delays or changes in their appointment schedule.

Our drivers and staff are trained to provide safe and courteous transport but do not offer medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Any medical concerns should be discussed directly with your licensed healthcare provider.

Thompson’s Medical Transport is committed to protecting your privacy. We comply with all applicable HIPAA regulations and take every reasonable measure to ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal and medical information.

We also offer wheelchair-accessible vehicles to accommodate passengers with mobility needs. If you require special accommodations, please inform us at the time of booking so we can ensure the appropriate arrangements are made.

For the safety and well-being of our passengers and staff, a responsible caregiver must accompany any rider who has memory impairments, behavioral concerns, or requires supervision during transport. Our drivers are not equipped to provide supervision or manage behavioral issues during the ride.
